SmartGau App Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartGau mobile application ("App") provided by SmartGau ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription and Payment: a. SmartGau offers a free plus subscription-based service, and by subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as communicated in the App. b. Payment for subscriptions can be made through cash at the time of delivery.
2. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation: a. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period with customer feedback unless canceled by you. b. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our customer support at 9843855539.
3. Delivery: a. Delivery of products will be made to the address provided during the subscription process. b. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address. We are not liable for any misdelivery due to inaccurate information provided by you.
4. Product Availability: a. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. b. In the event that a ordered product becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternatives.
5. User Account: a. You must create a user account to subscribe to the SmartGau App. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Privacy Policy: a. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at privacy policy. b. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property: a. The App and its content are the property of SmartGau and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability: a. SmartGau is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.
